e Gift card
I purchased a dell television on Nov 18 which came with a $150.00 e Gift card. My television was delivered approximately a week later but I am still waiting on my card. Really need some assistance on how I go about receiving my card.

Some email programs see the subject line and automatically move the gift card email from Dell into the spam folder. Be sure to check your email spam folder. Once you have verified that the email never came, contact Customer Service Order Support for your country. Provide to them the Dell order number for the TV purchase. Ask them to look at the invoice for any reference to the gift card. If they do see the gift card on the invoice, ask them why it has not been emailed to you.
